Nathan Cooper of River Valley Builders has been named 2015 president of the Home Builders Association of Greater Little Rock. Cooper has been a member of the Home Builders Association since 2009 and has served on the board of directors. Justin Keener of Billy Hartness Construction will be vice president, and Tony Dillon of The Dillon Group will be secretary/treasurer.
